​Please be advised that the following electronics are no longer allowed to be discarded in the trash. Anyone found to be illegally disposing of electronics will be fined. If you have any questions in regards, please call 311.


​The City of New York Department of Sanitation, has strict rules in place governing the disposal of mattresses. They will come to collect mattresses, but you must ensure they’re properly enclosed in specialty mattress bags designed to limit the spread of bedbugs in such densely populated quarters.


As always, bagged garbage belongs inside the pails. Please cover the pails and close the gate when you are done!.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, The homeowner of any illegally parked vehicle will receive fines. WARNING LETTERS have been sent out to no avail which leaves this unfortunate alternative. PLEASE RESPECT all designated 

"NO PARKING & FIRE ZONE AREAS". You will be held responsible for your guests and tenants as well. Please park in your assigned spots so this will provide a safe environment for the community.
