in accordance with the CONDOMINIUM house rules the following options for  exterior storm doors, entry doors, address plaques, outdoor light fixtures & pavers are approved by the board of managers. in order to bring back conTINUITY to meadowland estates and TO allow homeowners some type of individuality, we provided you with these options. A BEAUTIFICATION FORM (ME-02) MUST BE PREPARED, submitted AND APPROVED PRIOR TO ANY WORK, if any homeowner does not comply WITH THESE OPTIONS, they will be required to remove & replace the item at their own cost and/or they will be fined.
